Polisan is a well-established chemical and paint company and a modern, fully integrated factory established in Dilovasi, Turkey. SAP MII can track digitally and intervene at every stage of production by providing integration between machine systems and SAP ERP.
HasParlak and HasCelik are Turkey’s leader in the production of polished steel. Material suitability, production efficiency, and quality follow-up were ensured with the SAP MII Project in HasParlak and HasCelik Factories. Thus, reducing scrap waste diminished production costs.
Assan Hanil, an automotive supplier industry company, has various production processes such as plastic injection, paint shop, assembly. The acquisition of JIT JIS signals provided by SAP MII and preparation of production lists, instant reading of machine information, and calculation of OEE values are added values in this project.
One of Turkey's first and most comprehensive SAP MII projects, Aygaz Gebze Gas-Tube Factory was completed as a production management system and integration projects in the valve and tank production factories. Besides, seamless integration is established between the shop floor and SAP ERP Systems.
Fully automatic unmanned warehouse integrations serving Hayat Kimya's Detergent, Hygiene, and Paper Factories were installed with SAP MII. Products, which are manufactured without human intervention, are transported from the factories to the warehouse, while automation is carried out synchronously between SAP ERP and Fully automated warehouse systems.
The SAP MII project has been completed in Sarkuysan Bakır Wire, Rod and Pipe Factory, one of the ISO top 50 industrial companies. Later, the project was expanded to Sarkuysan Bulgaria Factory.
SAP MII project was installed in the printing and cutting departments in Elif Plastic Factory, which is the leader in the flexible packaging printing industry. SAP MII is used in production reporting and OEE tracking.
